This Site is operated by Uni Life Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Malaysia.

We are the official and sole agent authorised by Hegen Pte Ltd (Singapore) to distribute and sell Hegen products in Malaysia.

Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed by completing and submitting the order form on the Site.

All orders submitted through the Site are deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment, incorrect pricing due to system errors, product unavailability, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email to your registered email address.

Prices listed on the Site are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed within two (2) hours after placing your order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

Product Descriptions

Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions or content on the Site are always complete, current, or error-free.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using Hegen products according to the instructions provided. We shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or misuse of the products.

Returns

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect use or handling of Hegen products.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us with:

  • your order reference

  • invoice or receipt

  • a photograph of the item

  • a description of the issue

Items purchased through third-party retailers or retail stores are subject to the return policies of those sellers.

Approved exchanges will be processed on a one-to-one replacement basis.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the item received.

You may be required to return the item, and return postage will be reimbursed.

Items must be unopened and in original condition.

If the correct item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Bounced Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered, our courier partner will contact you via email/contact number.

We may charge additional storage or redelivery fees if delivery repeatedly fails due to customer-related issues.

Buyers’ Responsibility

The product becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address provided.

Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment has been received.

Personal Data

We may collect and process your personal data to:

  • fulfil your order

  • process payments

  • send newsletters (if you subscribe)

  • provide customer support

Force Majeure
